Great service and honesty.

Great service and honesty. It is hard to find honest service companies today but Weathermakers is just that. They could have tried to sell me a new A/C system but instead replaced a $100 piece and all is good. I would recommend them for A/C needs.

I have been a long time customer of Weathermakers. I have purchased 5 A/C units from them and each time the service has been very good. I recently had my annual service completed on one of my units and Chris, the technician came out and did a thorough and detailed job with the inspection and recommended some maintenance for the unit. He installed a surge protector and clean out the coils and re coated them to protect them to protect them and help with the longevity of the coils and A/C unit. He also informed me that the thermostat on my second unit was the wrong kind and replaced it at no charge. Overall, I was very pleased with Chris’s professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. He is a good person did a great job. Thank you!!

Weathermakers are the best!

Today, Kyle and Marty removed our old a/c and installed a new Comfortmaker unit on the roof of our villa. These guys were professional and informative. They explained the steps that are involved when this kind of work is being done by taking pictures and sharing what they discovered and repaired or replaced. It was all done in a timely matter. They were the best! Weathermakers are the best!

Weathermakers put simply is fantastic! I purchased my house three years ago, and their sticker was on my unit, so I took a chance. Their service is prompt, thorough, and done right every time. I had to replace my central AC and not only were they very accommodating, their pricing is extremely competitive. They came in and did the end-to-end install in 6 hours. Their install technicians were very courteous and did not mind me asking questions. The installed unit was done with extreme care, and the attention to detail was impeccable. We are very satisfied with our new AC. I would recommend Weathermakers to anyone!!

They have been extremely professional and have come out multiple times and spent hours and hours to resolve the issue.

We have multiple properties and have used Weathermakers at all of them. We recently (18 months ago) replaced our AC system at our primary residence. We continually had issues with the equipment during the summer months. They have been extremely professional and have come out multiple times and spent hours and hours to resolve the issue. Cary their service manager and Mike the manager are both fantastic fantastic.They went above and beyond and eventually replaced some components. The system now is working flawlessly. They are an honest company who truly stands behind their work!

Haven’t given a review since our installation summer 2017- the rep who came out to give us an estimate was very professional, friendly & informative,(sorry can’t remember names)- install was done on time, those workers also very professional and again friendly- inspection failed only because the city wanted more tape & the staff was apologetic & came right out to place the needed tape & passed inspection- today, Feb 2018 came home from work & the air wouldn’t turn on- called the on call number & the technician immediately knew the problem, it was the pre-existing drain that was clogged- he walked me through what needed to be done & the issue was resolved in about 10 minutes- love this company! BTW, we’ve saved a lot of $$$ on the electric bill since installation.

Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend them.

I’m renting a condo and my heater wasn’t working. I received a call from Weathermakers and spoke to Tiffany on the phone. She was incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant. Because of my odd work hours, and me having to be present for the workers to show up, Tiffany accommodated me and had a serviceman come out at 7 p.m. to fix the issue. They had to send a second person out a few days later to fully finish the issue at hand, but this review is because Tiffany literally was the most polite and pleasant young woman that I’ve spoken to on the phone at any company. She accommodated my schedule, apologized when there was a mix-up in what needed to be changed (and hey, mistakes happen), and gave me follow-up calls. The first young men who came out to service my heater clearly was knowledgeable but he was talking in terms that I didn’t understand when telling me about the heater. The second young man who came a few days later was quick and did the job well and explained things in a more straightforward manner. Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend them.

I can’t recommend this company enough.

Came from work to a very warm house. Like 86 degrees warm. We leave our A/C on all day and on a schedule to cool off by the time we get home. Obviously something was wrong. We called another company first. They came out and did a bandaid the service. Then we needed something more. We had to find a company that would service our 5 year old system. Our system was shot. It had been installed with low quality products to include air handler and the duct work. Shoddy product from a shoddy company. Matt from Weathermakers showed us everything with the system and why it lead to system failure. He explained every service that would be provided and each step of the install. Dwayne and Alex did an awesome job with the install of the system. Then the next day Mike, Dwayne, and Alex did a fast, clean, and very organized install of all of the duct work in the house. I can’t recommend this company enough. They keep an eye on every detail and keep everything so clean as they work. They are very nice people and take great pride in their work. They know everything there is to know about HVAC and I am so happy to now have a team that will back up their work and product. Give them a call … Can’t recommend them enough!
